The SpinOlution Pollywog is a lightweight, portable spinning wheel designed for beginners, yet enjoyable for all ages. Easy toe treadling, double treadles, adjustable tension, and a built-in lazy kate with three bobbins make it simple and budget-friendly to use at home or on the go.

Versatile and capable, the Pollywog spins everything from fine lace to chunky yarns with a bypassable orifice and smooth treadling. Crafted from sustainably sourced Baltic birch, it’s durable, easy to assemble, and easy to carry - perfect for learning, travel, and everyday spinning.

The Pollywog is available with either a 4oz flyer or 12oz flyer; both options include 3 bobbins. The 12 oz flyer is especially useful to those looking for a larger bobbin capacity, especially for art yarns!

For taller spinners, an orifice riser is also available to make the wheel more ergonomic, if needed, by adding 3-inches to the height of the orifice. For spinners that need more speed for finer yarns, an accelerator is available for the 4oz bobbins.

Engraving is also available for the Pollywog. You may choose to have engraving on the front, back, or both sides of the wheel; you may choose to have the base of the wheel engraved; or you may choose to have the wheel fully engraved.
