What are your shipping rates?

Shipping is determined by the product. SpinOlution wheels ship to the continental US for a flat $25 fee for all orders under $1800. Orders over $1800 For SpinOlution accessories that are direct shipped from the factory, SpinOlution calculates shipping based on size, weight, and location. To make ordering simple on our, I have designated flat rate shipping fees based on those principals. I never make a profit on your shipping fees. If SpinOlution charges less to ship than you have been charged, I will issue a refund for the excess. For handspun yarns and handwoven textiles, smaller orders that fit an a large padded envelope ship for a flat rate of $5. If you order handspun yarn wound into a ball, there is an extra fee for the winding that also covers the added cost of shipping in a box instead of an envelope. Larger orders will have the shipping fee reflected in the cart. Shipping fees are not refundable unless an error was made by The Wheel & Anvil during the shipment process or the item was damaged by the shipping company.
